Processing Time for Shipment
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
High order volumes may cause slight delays. If a significant delay occurs, we will notify you promptly via email or phone.
Orders must be placed before 11:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (Los Angeles) to qualify for processing the next business day.

Shipping Options and Charges
Standard Shipping (5–8 business days):
We offer Free shipping for all orders to all US regions.
We ship using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and DHL.
We do NOT ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number(s).
Tracking numbers are typically active within 24 hours of shipment.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@filterbest.shop to resolve the issue.
We are not liable for items damaged or lost during shipping. Please file a claim with the shipping carrier and retain all packaging materials and damaged goods for inspection.
Exchanges

Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within 30 minutes of placing the order for a full refund, including shipping and handling.
Once an order is in transit, cancellations, refunds, or claims cannot be processed.
Change of Address
Delivery addresses cannot be changed once the package is in transit.
